UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - Carroll and Dwenger were ousted from postseason play Friday night with regional football losses.

The Chargers were thumped 50-21 at Merrillville, as the Pirates took an early lead and built on it.

Carroll got two touchdowns from Drue Tranquill, one rushing and one receiving, and Justin Tranquill added a touchdown reception for the Chargers, who end the season 10-3.

Underdog Dwenger took a 21-14 lead at the half over Concord, but the visiting Minutemen came on on the second half for a 35-21 win over the Saints in the 4A regional.

Ryan Cinadr ran for two scores and then scored a third on a late second quarter hook and ladder play, but Concord's Trevor Wilmore ran for his second and third touchdowns of the game in the second half to pull his team in front.
