LIGONIER, Ind. (21Alive) - The West Noble High School football team has its eyes set on improving from a three-win season a year ago.
The Chargers realize that part of the improvement from a year ago will be the experience of a team getting older together.
Head coach Monte Mawhorter says there will be a lot of skilled players coming back. As the offensive line comes along, Mawhorter says his team play well.
West Noble will rely heavily on its running game and Levin Nelson and Bradley Martin in the backfield.
The Chargers open their season against Central Noble.
