WATERLOO, Ind. (21 Alive) - Pete Kempf is determined to get the DeKalb Barons out of their long slump in football, and has gotten their attention.
The Barons say they can see the difference in their preseason workouts, but want that to extend to the regular season.
DeKalb has struggled for the last few years, and did not win a game in 2013, and the former East Noble assistant Kempf says the culture is changing in the program.
Opportunity knocks today. Pursue your goals with zeal and a fervor as never before. The calm begins now. T-Minus 11 hours. #YearZero Begins— DeKalb Football (@BaronFootball) August 15, 2014
