Veteran Elmhurst Basketball Coach Resigns

(Fort Wayne) - Eleven year Elmhurst basketball coach Keith Edmonds has stepped down, saying the fire to coach has left him, at least for now.
Edmonds, 48, was 100-139 at Elmhurst with a state finals appearance in 2003 and a regional final appearance in 2004 with teams led by James Hardy.
Edmonds says he will spend a lot of next year watching his son and former player Chad play at Spring Arbor.
