Leo Celebrates State Hockey Title With Parade

LEO-CEDARVILLE, Ind. (21Alive) - The Leo High School hockey team received the royal treatment Tuesday evening with a parade through through Leo-Cedarville to celebrate the state hockey champions.

The Lions beat Carmel in the 4A Hockey State Championship on Saturday night at Canlan Ice Arena. Tyler Grunden scored the championship winning goal in double overtime.

Players and coaches boarded a Northeast Fire Department truck and drove around town.

Family and friends shot photographs and cheered the team.
