USF Women Reach NAIA Tournament Final Eight (VIDEO)

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (21 Alive) - Top-seeded Saint Francis kept its unbeaten record intact and advanced to a second straight quarterfinals with a 83-59 victory against Siena Heights Friday at NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball National Championship.

Skylarr Shurn was dominant once again with 27 points, 15 of them at the free throw line.

Brooke Ridley also had an impressive performance with 21 points and 14 boards.

Siena Heights was led in scoring by Grace Howrigon’s 20 points.

Saint Francis meets Southwestern of Kansas Saturday in the quarterfinals.
