USF Surprises Indiana Wesleyan, Reaches MCC Men's Tourney Final

MARION (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Kevin Dawson hit for 27 points, including six straight clutch free throws resulting from a technical foul late in the game, and led Saint Francis to their 78-65 win at Indiana Wesleyan Saturday in the semifinals of the Mid Central Conference men's basketball tournament

Q Owens added 16 points with eleven assists for the Cougars, who won their way into the tournament championship game at Grace Tuesday night.

USF also enhanced their chances for an NAIA Tournament at large berth with the victory.
