USF Men Win, Get Split On Florida Trip (VIDEO)

BABSON PARK, Fla.(21 Alive) - Saint Francis held off Webber International 71-67 on the road on Monday.

Austin Fox hit one free throw and Kegan Comer two to finish off the 3-9 Warriors, who didn't play like a three-win team pushing 16th-ranked USF to the brink of a second consecutive defeat. Fox finished with his fourth consecutive double double and seventh this season -- 24 points and 13 rebounds. He and Scott Kohne scored 23 of USF's 35 second-half points. Kohne scored 12 of his total points in the second half and Fox added 11 points.

Josh Hogan scored eight of his 15 points in the final 20 minutes including a pair of 3-pointers that kept the Cougars in command in the final nine minutes.

The Cougars resume play on January 4th at home against Goshen.
