USF Baseball Season Ends; Tech Keeps Rolling (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - Saint Francis was eliminated from the Crossroads League baseball tournament, while Indiana Tech won twice on the opening day of the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference meet.

Saint Francis edged Grace 4-3 early in the day Monday in a losers bracket game, then fell for the second time in the event to host Huntington 8-5 to be eliminated in the double elimination event.

The Cougars' season ends at 19-30.

Host Indiana Tech pounded Concordia 15-1 in the opening game of the WHAC tournament, and followed that up with a 3-0 win over Northwestern Ohio to go 2-0 on the first day.

Tech will meet on Tuesday at 4 in a winners bracket game.
