Tech Set To Open Men's Hoops Season

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana Tech opens its 2011-12 men's basketball season Saturday night at home against IU-East.

Second year coach Al Grushkin lost four starters from last years team that with 22 wins doubled the team's win total from the previous year, but returns the nation's leading offensive rebounder Rodney Bartholomew, and adds forward Chris Ware, and both of them create a 6-8 duo on the front line.

Grushkin likes his new additions, but wants his team playing with the same intensity of a year ago.
