Kelley Hartley Hutton Named IPFW Athletic Director (VIDEO & PHOTOS)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne has removed the interim tag on Kelley Hartley Hutton, naming her the school's new athletic director.

Hartley Hutton becomes the first woman athletic director in IPFW history.

Hartley Hutton came to IPFW in 1999 as women's volleyball head coach. He has amassed 314 wins for the Lady Volleydons. As a result of her promotion, Hartley Hutton will no longer serve as women's volleyball head coach. Steve Florio has been named the new women's coach, the university announced.

Florio has been an assistant at IPFW for 11th seasons.

Hartley Hutton, who played college volleyball at the University of Toledo, spent the past 12 seasons as senior woman administrator and associate athletic director.
