IU Forced To Deciding Game In NCAA Baseball Regional

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (21 Alive) - Wayne Taylor's pinch hit three run homer in the eighth inning helped lift Stanford to a 10-7 win over Indiana Sunday night, creating a winner take all deciding game Monday night in Bloomington.

The Hoosiers built an early lead with three first inning runs, but the Cardinal slowly closed the gap, setting the stage for the Taylor blast that put them ahead for good at 7-6.

The deciding game starts at 5:35 pm Monday.
