BLOOMINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Kevin Bush, who joined the Indiana football team after taking a few years out for military service, has left the team for undisclosed reasons.
Bush starred at Homestead in high school, then went to Toledo before opting for his military tour, which included deployments to Korea and Afghanistan.
Head coach Kevin Wilson said he tried to convince Bush to remain on the team, and wished him well.
Bush had done all his game action on special teams this season and had failed to crack the rotation in the defensive line.
