Former Mastodon Peckinpaugh Now Indiana Tech Assistant Coach

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana Tech men’s basketball head coach Al Grushkin has announced the hiring of John Peckinpaugh as assistant coach with the program.

Peckinpaugh, a 2012 graduate of IPFW, joins the Warrior staff after playing for the Mastodons for four years under Dane Fifef and Tony Jasick. During his senior season at IPFW, he played or started in all 30 games, and was among the team leaders in assists, steals, and rebounds.

A native of Muncie, Indiana, Peckinpaugh had a great high school career at Muncie Central and helped lead his team to the state title in 2008. .
