FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Indiana Tech will add men's ice hockey to its athletic department beginning in the fall of 2014.

"This is a great opportunity for us to expand our athletics programs," Indiana Tech president Arthur Snyder said in a statement. "The chance to continue competing in a sport they love can be a great motivator for a student to succeed in college."

The university has begun its search for a head coach and a 40-man roster.

The Warriors will play in the American Collegiate Hockey Association.
