FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - There were a lot of moves for the Big Ten this past offseason.

Nebraska and Indiana head coach Kevin Wilson have arrived. Jim Tressel has been exiled. And Brady Hoke is a Michigan Man once again.

But no matter who is where, or who is not, college football season is back. And for a few hours on a Thursday in September, everybody is even.

Okay. Not really.

Who has the power in the new-look Big Ten this year? BTN college football analyst Gerry DiNardo stops by Sound Off an hour before the first Big Ten team kicks off for a conference rundown.
