FORT WAYNE, Ind.(21 Alive) - Saint Francis will have a lot to play for Saturday when the Cougars close out the regular season against Marian.

A win will capture the Mid-States Football Association Mideast League title for the Cougars, who are tied with Marian at the top of the conference.

And by winning, USF would finish 8-2, and likely would not only make the NAIA playoffs, but possible get as many as two home games in those playoffs.

All of this could come at the expense of a Marian team that beat Saint Francis twice last season, both times in Indianapolis, and the second loss knocked the Cougars out of the playoffs.
