FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - After banging out 18 hits in a 10 - 9 victory over Dayton Tuesday night, the Fort Wayne TinCaps pounded out 14 more hits Wednesday afternoon during a 9 - 4 victory over the Dragons at Parkview Field.

Jake Bauers and Adolfo Reina each had three hits in the game and Reina belted a two - run homer and Fort Wayne improved to 4 - 2 in the second half of the Midwest League season, 34 - 41 overall. Dayton fell to 1 - 5 for the half, 37 - 37 overall.

The TinCaps will try to complete a sweep of the three - game series Thursday night at Parkview Field.
