Three TinCaps Pitchers Combine For Shutout Of West Michigan (VIDEO)

COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (21 Alive) - Nick Schulz drove in three runs and Jimmy Brasoban and two reliever tossed a nine hit shutout as the TinCaps evened their series with West Michigan with a 6-0 win Saturday night.

Schulz socked a two run homer in the third inning, and added a run scoring single in a three run sixth.

Trea Turner and Ryan Miller also had run scoring hits for the Caps.

The series concludes Sunday at 1pm, after which the TinCaps come home to start a seven game homestand.
