FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Indiana Tech’s top-ranked defense shut down visiting Marygrove Wednesday night while Antonio Cannon poured in a gamehigh 20 points to lead the No. 20 Warriors to an 81-35 win in the Schaefer Center.
The Warriors, who entered the night allowing the fewest points per game in the nation (52.2) along with the fourth best field goal percent defense (0.376), held Marygrove to a mere 25 percent shooting from the floor while forcing the Mustangs into 21 turnovers.
Jeff Hoskins contributed 17 points, and Melvin Brooks notched his fourth double-double of the season with 11 points and 13 rebounds.
