Stanford Stuns Indiana To Win NCAA Baseball Regional

June 2, 2014 Updated Jun 2, 2014 at 11:13 PM EST

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (21 Alive) - Tommy Edman belted a one out two run walkoff home run in the bottom of the ninth inning Monday night to lift Stanford to a 5-4 win over top seeded Indiana at the Bloomington NCAA baseball regional, ending the Hoosiers' season.

IU have built a 3-0 lead before a near three hour rain delay held things up.

Stanford then rallied back to tie it, only to see Indiana push across a run in the top of the ninth to got ahead 4-3.

Edman's blast then undid all of that.

Stanford advances to the Super Regional stage of the NCAA Tournament.
