DeJoyah Johnson scored 13 points to pace a balanced attack at 4A No. 4 South Side moved to 3-0 with an 81-38 win at Carroll. Brittni Clopton added 12, and Ariana Simmons and Chelsea Rogers ten each.
Taylor Seiss set a new Leo girls basketball single game scoring record with 42 points as the Lady Lions drubbed New Haven 76-41, with Keanna Gary adding 20.
Hanna Smith had 14 points and Paige Frisch 13 to aid 3A seventh ranked Norwell's 71-38 win at Bluffton.
East Noble got 17 points from Jena Yates to lead their 62-35 win over North Side, who got 11 from Sierra Miranda.
Joey Stanford and Carmen Jones each tallied 14 points as Wayne won for the first time and handed Marion its first loss 55-49.
Brittney Chalfant's 22 points and 15 rebounds helped Blackhawk Christian down Adams Central 42-33.
