Snider Boys, Girls Sweep Concordia; Luers, Northrop, North Side, Heritage, Leo Boys Triumph

UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - Snider scored SAC basketball wins for both their boys and girls teams at Concordia Friday night.

Leander Williams had 22 points and Aaron Washington 13 as the Panther boys topped the Cadets 69-57.

D.J. McCall led Concordia with 13.

In the girls game, Meredith Shipman tallied a big portion of her 20 points in a key second half run that lifted Snider past Concordia 62-52.

Deja Wimby tossed in 14 more for Snider, while DeJour Young scored 19 and Courtney Smith twelve for the Cadets.

James Blackmon, Jr. popped for 29 points in helping Bishop Luers get by Wayne 64-55, with his younger brothr Vijay Blackmon adding a dozen.

Jescus Mitchell had twelve for Wayne.

It was not a Scott, but Jacoby Claypool who led Northrop with 19 points in their 80-42 win over Bishop Dwenger that left the Bruins in sole possession of first place in the SAC.

The Scotts were not silent in the game, as Bryson added 17 and Brenton ten for the Bruins, while Grady Eifert scored 20 for Dwenger.

Dwight Richards had 20 points and Mike Davis 13 to help North Side past South Side 80-63, despite 27 points by the Archers' Domonique Gleason.

Zach Toles and Nate Scheumann each had 13 points and Heritage downed Woodlan 58-36.

Jaylin Bennett's ten points led the Warriors.

Sam Waters, A.J. Busche, and Adam Davison each scored 16 points as Leo outran Southern Wells 87-63 to tie Bluffton for the ACAC lead at 4-0.

Levi Sherman had 25 for the Raiders.
