Northrop, Concordia, North Side Win To Stay In SAC Boys Title Picture, Snider Also Triumphs

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Wins by Northrop, Concordia, and North Side Friday night leave all three with a shot at the Summit Athletic Conference boys basketball title.

Oosha Mitchell led the way with 21 points in North Side's 85-76 win over Bishop Luers.

James Blackmon, Jr. again led Luers with 27.

D.J. McCall poured in 25 points to help Concordia erase a ten point second half deficit and win at Wayne 61-56.

Brian Gremaux and Thonas Starks each added ten for the Cadets, while Jescus Mitchell's 15 topped Wayne.

Bryson Scott exploded for a triple double of 34 points, eleven rebounds and ten assists as Northrop remained at the top of the SAC with their 92-67 win at South Side.

Northrop can win the title outright with a win at Concordia next week, the Cadets win the title if they win and North Side loses, and North Side also has an outside shot at the title.

Also in the SAC Friday night, Snider bested Dwenger 72-61 as Stephen Halstead scored 15 points.
