North Wins, Norwell Falls In Ricmond Tourney, Bellmont Tops Heritage (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - North Side was a winner and Norwell a tough luck loser at the Bob Wettig Memorial Tournament in Richmond on Friday, while Bellmont topped Heritage at Decatur.

Trevion Crews had 17 of his 27 points in the first half as North Side rose to 10-0 with their 71-57 win over Jennings County.

The Redskins at one point led by 27 points.

Jeremy Jones added 17 points and Mike David 14 for North, who moved to the tournament semifinals with the win.

David Vogel had 22 points, but saw a potential game winning three pointer in the final seconds stay out as Norwell lost to Jeffersonville 76-74 at Richmond.

Brent Bales and Austin Hayden each chipped in 18 points and Drew Shively twelve for the now 4-2 Knights, who dropped to the consolation bracket with the loss.

Also on Friday night, Bellmont bested Heritage 62-58 in overtime.
