Leo State Softball Title Celebration To Come In August (VIDEO)

LEO, Ind. (21 Alive) - Unable to get a celebration of their state 3A softball title together with school out for the summer, Leo now has plans to honor the state champs when school resumes.

Head coach Ben Shappell tells 21 Alive they are hoping to honor the girls at the first home football game in August.

Shappell says he hopes it can include a fire engine ride and a ring presentation for his team.
