Leo, Churubusco, Homestead Remain Unbeaten, Luers, Columbia City Roll

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Leo, Churubusco, and Homestead kept their records spotless with wins Friday night, and can clinch conference titles with wins next week

Ryan Leiter threw for 184 yards and three touchdowns and Trevon Carr ran for 126 yards and two more scores as Leo rolled past Garrett 42-14.

The Lions with a win over Bluffton next week are Allen County Athletic Conference champs.

Jason Nicodemus ran for 125 yards and a touchdown and Josh LeFever ran for one score and caught a pass for another in Churubusco's 40-13 win over Fairfield, the Eagles' first win over the Falcons since 2005.

Churubusco wins the Northeast Corner Conference championship with a win at Lakeland next week.

James Knapke had three touchdown passes and Jaylon Smith two touchdown runs to lead Bishop Luers to their 48-20 win at Indianapolis Brebeuf.

Zach Terrell threw three touchdown passes and scored twice on the ground to help Homestead stay perfect with a 49-21 decision over Norwell.

A win over New Haven next week would give the Spartans the outright Northeast Hoosier Conference crown.

Connor Slavich fired four touchdown passes, three of them to Jacob Johnson, all in the first half, as Columbia City rolled past Carroll 31-7.
