Komets Slip Past Tulsa

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Komets snapped a three game losing streak with a 3-2 win over the Tulsa Oilers Friday night.

Artem Podshendyalov and Frankie DeAngelis netted goals in the second period, each time giving the K's the lead.

Tom Mele netted what proved to be the winning goal in the third period.

Kaleigh Schrock had two assists for the Komets.

The two teams will face off again on Saturday night.
