Komets Outshot Badly in Loss To Toledo

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Max Campbell netted a three game hat trick and Kyle Rogers added two goals to provide all the scoring in the Toledo Walleye's 5-2 win over the Komets Thursday night.

Campbell and Rogers each scored twice in the second period for a 4-0 lead after the first period was scoreless.

Garrett Klotz and Josh Brittain scored the Fort Wayne goals, both on power plays.

Toledo carried the play with a 32-14 shots on goal advantage through two periods and a 38-26 margin for the game.

The Komets play in Kalamazoo Friday night.
