Komets End Season With Game 6 At Cincy

CINCINNATI, Ohio (21Alive) - The Fort Wayne Komets' season came to an end Tuesday night with a Game 6 loss to Cincinnati in the ECHL Eastern Conference Semi-Finals.

The Komets were behind from the beginning, giving up two goals in the first period and one goal in each the second and third periods to fall, 4-1.

Center Dean Ouellet scored the lone Komet goal in the third period.

The Cyclones won the series, 4-2, and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals against Greenville, which beat Wheeling in 6 games to also advance.
