FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Mike Vaskivuo scored with 1:09 gone in overtime to give the Komets a 5-4 win over the Toledo Walleye Friday night.

The K's had raced to a 3-0 lead on goals by Chris Auger, Nik Pokulok, and Bobby Hughes, but Toledo got three straight to erase that.

Hughes second goal in third period put the Komets back in front, but Toledo tied it again, forcing the overtime where Vasikvuo finally ended it in the K's favor.

The K's host Greenville Saturday night.
