IPFW Falls In Five At Summit League Volleyball Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21 Alive) - Top seeded IUPUI turned back fourth seeded IPFW 3-2 Saturday night in the semifinals of the Summit League Volleyball tournament, ending the Lady Dons' season at 18-14.

Kendall Wienkes had had 18 kills and Emily Spencer 17 for IPFW, who won the opening set 25-23, dropped the next two 18-25 anf 24-26, tied the match by winning the fourth 29-27, and then fell 15-13 in the decidind fifth set.

IUPUI will meet Denver Sunday for the title.
