Homestead, Norwell Girls March On; East Noble, South, Luers, Northrop Girls Victors (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - Homestead clinched a tie for the Northeast Hoosier Conference girls basketball title Friday night when they blasted Bellmont 87-16.

Freshman Karissa McLaughlin had 25 points to lead the Spartans, with Sydney Buck adding 18.

Norwell took a 59-44 win at New Haven led by the twelve points each of Hanna Smith and Stephanie Conrad

East Noble kept a shot at a share of the title alive with their 64-56 win over Carroll as Jacey Cauhorn had 17 points and Kavan Edwards 14.

Kiersten Murphy was high for the Chargers with 15.

Lakesha Stephens' 16 points led the way in South Side's 70-49 win over North Side, who got 24 from Sierra Miranda.

Allison Butler scored 15 points, Addie Reimbold 14, and Emma Wolfe 13 in Luers' 72-50 romp past Wayne.

Carmen James of Wayne les all scorers with 17.

Aleah Swary scored a game high 22 points despite sitting out much of the game with foul trouble and Northrop nipped Dwenger 51-49.

Michelle Adgalanis' eleven points led the Saints.
