FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Matt Skowronek ran for two second half touchdowns to help Homestead down New Haven 24-14 Friday night and repeat as Northeast Hoosier Conference football champions.
The Spartans have now had either a share or outright possession of the last six NHC titles.
New Haven used the 228 rusing yards and a touchdown from Anthony Moore to take a 13-7 first half lead before Homestead rallied behind Skowronek and Frank Martin, who ran for 82 yards.
