FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - The first ever All Northeast Indiana Volleyball All Star Match drew a good crowd to the SportOne Parkview Filedhouse Sunday night.

20 of the top high school volleyball players in northeast Indiana were divided into two teams, coached by Olympic gold medalist Lloy Ball, and Saint Francis volleyball coach Fabiana Souza Shields, both former IPFW stars.

The North team coached by Ball was a 3-1 winner, led by the twelve kills of Bellmont star Janaya Wilder.

Organizers plan to continue the event next year and beyond.
