Eifert Named Walter Camp All American

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Notre Dame junior tight end and Bishop Dwenger grad Tyler Eifert was named a Walter Camp Foundation first team All American Thursday night.

Eifert leads all major college tight ends with 57 catches and his 733 receiving yards rank second nationally.

Eifert became the 185th first team All-America selection in Notre Dame history and the first tight end named to an All-America first team since Derek Brown in 1991.
