FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Karley Dobis fashioned a one under par 71 for a one shot lead after the first round of the Fort Wayne Women's City Golf Tournament Saturday at Coyote Creek.
The Ball State golf team member sophomore out of Homestead was the only golfer to break par on the first day.
Kim Gottwald sits a shot off the pace at 72, with Allison Curtis next at 73.
Ashton Taft at 75 and former champ Lori Stinson at 76 complete the top five.
Defending champ Amber Sieber struggled in the first round with an 81 and is ten off the pace.
Four time champ Michelle Smith stands seventh after a 79.
