Columbia City, New Haven Net Super Hoops New Year Classic Wins

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Columbia City and New Haven were winners Tuesday night at the Super Hoops New Year Classic at the Memorial Coliseum.

Columbia City raised its record to 11-1 with a 59-48 win over Northridge.

Derek Hinen led the Eagles with 23 points while Drew Benedict added eleven and Daniel Woll ten,

New Haven ended a three game losing streak and moved to 3-3 with their 58-54 win ober Huntington North.

V.J. Beachem topped the Bulldogs with 16 points, and got help from Jordan Hogue with 13 points and Jabar Ray with twelve.

Noah Reed hit for 22 to top the Vikings.
