INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21 Alive) - Andrew Luck threw for three touchdowns and ran for a fourth as the Colts built a big lead and then hung on to top the Denver Broncos 39-33 Sunday night on Peyton Manning's first game in Indianapolis since leaving the Colts in 2012.

Manning did his best with 353 passing yards and three touchdowns, but Luck's performance had more effect on the scoreboard as the Colts handed the Broncos thei first loss after a 6-0 start.

Luck hit Darrius Heyward-Bey, Stanley Havili, and Coby Fleener with his scoring passes, but he may have lost his best receiver Reggie Wayne, who limped off with a knee injury in the fourth quarter and did not return.

The Colts will now break for their bye week and play next at Houston on November 3rd in another Sunday night game.
