Cincinnati Evens Playoff Series With Komets (VIDEO)

CINCINNATI, Ohio (21 Alive) - Josh Shaila tallied a pair of second period goals as the Cincinnati Cyclone turned back the Komets 5-2 Saturday night to even their best of seven Kelly Cup playoff series at a game apiece.

After a scoreless first period, the Cyclones scored twice in a four minutes span early in the second period before Matt Carter's close range backhand got the Komets on the board.

But that Shaila scored his second goal of the period to make it 3-1 and Cincinnati never led by less than two goals again.

The series now shifts to the Memorial Coliseum for the next three games, the first of which is Thursday night at 7:30.
