Chaulk Nets Two As K's Take Fourth Straight Win

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Colin Chaulk scored a pair of goals as the Komets downed the Quad City Mallards 4-1 Friday night for their fourth straight win and sixth in their last seven games.

Brett Smith and Jamie Milam also scored for the K's, with Smith scoring his shorthanded in the second period.

Nick Boucher kicked out 26 of 27 shots for the win in goal.

The Komets close out the weekend on the road at Dayton Saturday night and Bloomington Sunday.
