MUNCIE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Ball State is out to prove those who picked them to finish only third in the Mid American Conference football race wrong.

The Cards, who begin fall practice on Thursday night, come off a 10-3 season, but replacing all conference quarterback Keith Wenning, now with the NFL Baltimore Ravens, is one of a few question marks faced by head coach Pete Lembo as he heads into his fourth season at Muncie.

Ball State comes off a good spring practice period confident they can be as good or better this year over last.
