Mad Ants Acquire Bakerfield's Butch In Trade

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - The Fort Wayne Mad Ants acquired forward Brian Butch on Monday in a trade with Bakersfield.

The Jam receives a 2014 second round NBA Development League draft pick and the returning player rights to Anthony Richardson in exchange.

Butch, a 6'11" forward from the University of Wisconsin, is in his fourth year in the D-League. He averages 14.4 points and 10.6 rebounds during his D-League career.

He was also a 2010 D-League All-Star and won MVP of the D-League All-Star game.

Butch will play with the Mad Ants on Wednesday at Erie.
