INDIANAPOLIS (www.incnow.tv) - Former Bishop Luers High School standout Deshaun Thomas worked out Thursday for the Indiana Pacers, one of his potential destinations in the upcoming NBA Draft.

Thomas, who has been training in Indianapolis since declaring for the draft in April, is one of six players getting a look from the Pacers.

"I wouldn't hate it if they drafted me," Thomas says. "I see myself fitting in as a great scorer. Competing, fun, good character, willing to win in this league. And that's what it's all about in this league."

He has so far worked out for eight teams, and is planning eight or nine more visits around the league.

The NBA Draft is June 27, and Thomas is projected to be selected in the late first round or early second round.
