Youth Baseball Group Hopes To Avoid "Strike Three" In Legacy Funding Request

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- Leaders of a Fort Wayne youth baseball organization insist they are stuck in neutral regarding a big facility upgrade, until city officials can say "yes or no" to a request for Legacy funding.

It's an example of the dilemma facing decision-makers about a host of Legacy requests.
