FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - The start of the PGA Tour's Hotel Fitness is nearing. And it's not just the golf course that needs to be ready to go, so do the kitchens.

This is the first official PGA tournament to be hosted in Fort Wayne. To make sure the guests are well fed Sycamore Hills Golf Club has teamed up with Ceruti's Catering and Classic Sports Catering. Classic Sports Catering is a national company that specializes in large scale golf events just like this Web.com tournament.

Sycamore Hills will focus on preparing food for all their members, the players and the player's families. These are the people who will mainly be dining inside the clubhouse.

Ceruti's and Classic Sports Catering will be responsible for the food for spectators as they're traveling throughout the course during the tournament.

The owner of Classic Sports Catering says his role is mainly to help Ceruiti's pull off this event without a hitch.

"This is a whole different animal out here. Basically managing, you know, getting the ins and outs of around the golf course, the skyboxes, the prep areas, the Sysco trucks. It's just totally different from what they're used to," said Marc D'Ambrosio, Owner, Classic Sports Catering.

The tournament begins next week.
