Person Seriously Burned In Orland Barn Fire (VIDEO)

ORLAND, Ind. (21Alive) - One person was seriously burned Friday night in a fire in two barns.

Around 11:30 p.m., a barn in the 7000 block of W. CR350N in Orland caught fire. Someone in a neighboring house was burned while trying to put out the fire before firefighters arrived.

The victim was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital.

The barn and the equipment inside are considered a total loss.

The fire also caught a second barn on fire, fire officials report only minor damage.

The fires were under control after 2½ hours.
