Florida (www.incnow.tv) - Investigators in Florida admit they overlooked a potentially critical piece of evidence that might have put Casey Anthony behind bars for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

Last year, Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee. But now Florida sheriff's officials reveal that they missed key evidence on the Anthony's home computer. Google searches for the term "fool proof suffocation methods."

Casey Anthony's defense attorney, argued that Caylee died from an accidental drowning, but says the evidence would have only helped his case because the searches were made after prosecutors say she'd left the house.

Defense Attorney Jose Baez said, “This evidence would not have helped the prosecution in any way shape or form and it was not surprised to me it was not presented at a trial.”

But the prosecutors disagree with one, saying the missed computer records "would have put the accidental death claim in serious question."

Legal analysts say even if Casey admitted she'd done the search, the revelations wouldn't change anything because she can't be tried twice for the same crime.
