BRECKSVILLE, Ohio. (www.incnow.tv) - In Ohio, two men who admitted trying to blow up a highway bridge near Cleveland appeal their sentences.

A judge sentenced Brandon Baxter to nearly ten years behind bars last week, and Douglas Wright to more than eleven, for their roles in the failed plot. The judge had ruled the two and their admitted co-conspirator should be sentenced as terrorists, making them eligible for a longer prison term.

But lawyers for Baxter and Wright, in their appeals, say the two were entrapped by an FBI Informant, and the alleged bomb was a dud.
