New Haven Residents Will Have More Time To Take Out The Trash

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Residents and business owners in New Haven have a little more time to take out the trash.

City council met to discuss an on-going problem with receptacles not being emptied on time.

Tuesday night, council okayed an extension of the rule from five days, to get it done, to ten days.

People who don't follow the new rule will be notified and possibly fined
